Flat Out..

On the way from the office in Mumbai, back to the hotel this afternoon, i realised why there are so many road side tyre repair shops..
Our car got a flat..
For 275 Rupees, they repaired the tyre, by dunking it in water to find the leaks, extracting the offending nails, then digging out the small hole with a much larger hole, and filling it with what looked like stringy cloth, and rubber cement.. leaving little red hairs hanging out of the 2 holes in the tyre..
And off we drove.. reaching the hotel in plenty of time for our next meeting..
A fun day..
